Quartet VR Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how aetherform handles information for Quartet VR. We do not collect, store, or share any personal or usage data from users.
2. Data Collection
We do not collect any personal information such as names, email addresses, age, location, or account details.
No device identifiers, IP addresses, gameplay statistics, spatial/environmental data, or hand/eye tracking data are collected, processed, or transmitted.
3. Use of Meta Quest APIs
We do not use any Quest platform APIs that gather user data. All functionality operates entirely on-device without telemetry, analytics, network logging, or cloud services.
4. Third-Party Services
Our app does not integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, or services that could collect data. We do not share any data with external partners because we do not collect any.
5. Local Device Functionality
All app features are self-contained. No data is stored externally, nor is anything transmitted outside the device.
6. Security
Since we do not handle user data, there's no data that requires protection. Nevertheless, we implement standard coding practices (e.g., secure local storage, error handling) to ensure integrity and performance.
7. Children & COPPA
Our app is not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect personal data, we comply with COPPA requirements. If our target audience changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change our data practices (e.g., begin collecting data or using external APIs), we will update this policy with a new effective date and communicate the changes via the app, store listing, or developer dashboard.
